Get Right Up for the World Cup

World Cup is coming in few days, football fans have to get up late for the games!

While fans devote their sleeping hours in fine games, most fans sacrify correct sitting posture watching the games compromising the health and stability of the spinal column. A typical football fans would sit like this;

The back never rests on the back rest, especially when you're sitting "in" a sofa; the neck is forced to bend forward only to keep your head upright to watch the game; you put your leg on a leg rest to really rest your leg, yet, you're building up enormous neural tension in your sciatic nerve...

I wonder if anybody can complete the World Cup series with such poor posture.

To sit upright for the game, we should sit like this instead;

The back finally rests on a soft back support; the head and neck keep so upright that minimal stress to the cervical spine can be spotted; the leg should rest on the ground firmly, and you can leave your leg rest for food and drinks.

We advise to use a soft back support, you can get it most easily in department stores or in the Basic; rather, you can use a small cushion with simular effect.

One final piece of advice - do NOT stress your body too much for the games and mind your physical and mental status very well. Enjoy watching, O-Lay.
