暑假將至, 家長們或已經為子女準備好連串暑期活動吧.
家長或會為子女安排比較文靜的活動, 例如學琴, 書法, 繪畫等; 或會為子女安排一些運動, 例如游泳, 溜冰, 球類活動等. 只要家長們可以安排得宜, 同學們也可以投入享受, 相信大家都會有所得益, 過一個充實的暑假.
在各式各樣文武活動之餘, 各位可有想過利用暑假時間, 替小朋友安排一些更為切身的活動? 暑假期間, 我們將會安排一連串『回到學堂』的活動. 我們真切希望藉此改善學童的姿勢 和 排除影響姿勢的不正確生活作息習慣. 只要剔除不正確的生活作息習慣, 加上適當的運動治療, 便可以改善姿勢, 減少將來不當勞損的風險.

"Back to School"
The Basic is bringing forward the "Back to School" program.
The program composes of 3 stages. And at the very begining phase, the Basic would like to launch detailed "Postural Assessment" to pick up what's going wrong with your children. We believe detailed assessment should be utlmost essential to further rectification and management of postural dysfunction.
