Introducing the Pro-Fitter

We've introduced a few pieces of fine exercise equipments to the Basics, the Pro-Fitter would be the most-used item. Making use of the Pro-Fitter we can build Core-Stability, improve Sense of Balance and enhance many other performance.

One interesting thing of Pro-Fitter is that it's excellent for client with ACL injuries and other forms of knee problem. We've designed a series of funful exercise making use of this equipment, from the acute phase to the very final athelete training!

The Basic believes in Exercise Therapy, and will keep you updated on other pieces of equipment.
